I have spent the past fifteen years supporting people in their health and fitness journey. Coaching all ages from all walks of life, helping to create enough good habits that health goals are met and wellness improved.
It can be so difficult to go it alone, so having a mentor or coach who can direct your path and cheer you on can make all the difference in how and if you reach your desired health journey outcome. After writing my book 'Healthy Black Life: A Cultural Guide to Better Health' I started on a journey to reach out with a focus on our black community to help shift the tide on bad health so we can change the generational health statistics in the UK and around the globe. Allowing our culture and traditions to remain central to making those lifestyle changes that will bring the outcomes we desire.
